Founded in 1978 and registered in 1981, Min Tai Craft Manufactory mainly produces craft toy. In 1988, the company was moved to Tiantangwei, Fenggang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province from Hongkong, and its registered name is Plastic Cement Craft Manufactory of Tiantangwei, Fenggang Town, Dongguan City. Having an area of about 13,000 square meters, it serves as the three supplied (processing with supplied materials, assembling with supplied parts or components and processing according to supplied samples) and the one compensation (compensation trade). Its factory building and warehouse take up a total area of 4,600 square meters. At present, we have self-built factory buildings a complete set of living quarters and canteen for staff and recreational facility. Now there are 6 production departments in the company. Shot Molding Department has 27 shot molding machines with standing sitting style; Hair Coating Department has 3 hair coating machines and 2 hair shearing machines imported form Germany ,5 nationally production computerized hair coating machines and all production complements; Assembling Department has 10 production lines, 4 high-modulating wave machines, 3 ultrasonic machines and 6 suction plastics machines; Moving Printing Department has 37 moving printers with single color or multicolor. Oil spray department has 15 Oil spray production lines and 460 oil injection bits. We have 300.000-class individual dustiless oil spray workshops. Now we have over 850 staff and workers and 50 administrative personnel. With good quality, our products are exported to European Continent and the U.S.A, and find favor in customer's eyes. However, facing the keen competition in the international market, we sense eagerly to improve the quality of our products uninterruptedly. In response to our enterprise's actual conditions, we have established an advanced method of quality control in quality control system modeled on ISO-9001:2000. On the basis of the system, we check and supervise whether our working procedures conform to the requirements or not, and make the whole enterprise operate on the promising track.
